Speech Language Pathology and Hearing Care Providers Governing Board

The Speech Language Pathology and Hearing Care Providers Governing Board is charged with administering and regulating the licensing process for the practice of Speech Language Pathology under the provisions of the laws and rules of the Allied Health Professionals Governing Board. The Board is responsible for protecting the health, safety and welfare of individuals who receive Speech-Language Pathology services in New Hampshire. The Board also regulates and licenses Audiologists and Hearing Aid dealers in the State to safeguard the public’s health, safety, and welfare. The Board protects the public from being misled by unprofessional conduct by Hearing Care providers. The Board also assures the availability of the highest possible quality of hearing care services by regulating Hearing Aid Dealers and Audiologists.
