Office of Licensed Allied Health Professionals

The New Hampshire Office of Licensed Allied Health Professionals has been established to identify for the public, quality healthcare professionals through a system of licensure, standards of practice, continuing competency, and regulatory oversight.

Our mission is to assure that the services provided by health professionals are effective and of a quality consistent with the standard of care within each profession, and to safeguard the healthcare consumer against harm which may be caused by unqualified, impaired or unlicensed practitioners. We are charged with maintaining the integrity of the following professions:

The Governing Boards qualify and license individuals, establish and enforce law and administrative rules, and provide information so the public can make informed decisions.

Board News

Public Hearing on Rulemaking Proposals

On April 12, 2018, the Board of Directors of the Office of Allied Health Professionals (“Board”) voted on three initial rulemaking proposals containing Ahp 100 pdf file, Ahp 300 pdf file, and Ahp 600 pdf file. The Board will be holding a public hearing on these proposals on October 11, 2018 at the 8:15 a.m. at the Office of Professional Licensure and Certification, 121 S. Fruit Street, Concord, NH 03301.
Persons interested in providing oral testimony on any of these proposals may do so in person at the public hearing. Written testimony on these proposals will be accepted through October 22, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. and may be submitted through mail at the address listed above or via email to robert.lambertijr@oplc.nh.gov.
