Board of Architects

The Board of Architects was established to develop and maintain the ethical, professional and educational standards for the licensure of architects in New Hampshire to safeguard the state's citizens from contruction or building hazards such as fire, structural failure, and unsanitary conditions. The board is responsible for disciplinary actions for violations of these standards.

Newly Adopted Rules
On August 9, 2019, the NH Board of Architects voted to adopt rules changes to Arch 301.02, 302-304, 307, 308, 401.03, 401.05, 403.01-403.03, and 403.08 pdf file. These rules are effective beginning August 14, 2019.
