Any applicant seeking the renewal of only a Licensed Clinical Supervisor (LCS) license, will need to document to the Board of Licensing for Alcohol and Other Drug Use Professionals a minimum of 6 clock hours specific to Clinical Supervision attended in the previous 2 years.
Suggested topics are managed care, personnel issues, ethics, quality improvement, quality-assurance, current best practice, peer assistance/intervention, policy/procedure implementation, differential disorders, co-morbidity, confidentiality laws, liability issues, information technology related to management, and conflict resolution.
