Documentation of biennually completing 20 clock hours of continuing education in subjects related to Chiropractic or Red Cross, American Heart Association.

You must supply the Board with the following:

  1. Continuing Education Units (CEU) Form - either yours or ours
  2. Course outline including the number of hours
  3. Biographical profile of all presenters
  4. 80% or higher pass grade required for online courses

How do I request a license verification or Letter of Good Standing?

Your request must be put in writing or fax to the Board with a verification form or we can use ours and mail it to:
