Newly Adopted Board Rules:
At its meeting on January 14, 2020, the Electrician’s Board adopted changes to Elec 304.02 and 304.04 , effective January 16, 2020.
HB 1327-Final Supervision of Apprentices
The 2020 National Electrical Code continuing education will be required during the year 2020.
Licensees who have not completed the required 15 hours of continuing education on the 2020 National Electrical Code by June 30, 2021 will be listed as invalid which is the same as not being licensed. The invalid designation will stay in place until the Boards’ office receives confirmation of the completion of the required continuing education. You will need to take a course from one of our approved providers as they will be entering the information to our database. Check the continuing education link on the right.
