Board of Manufactured Housing

Due to the current State of Emergency around the COVID-19 Health Advisory, all board and licensing business is being done electronically via email at this time. Please do not call the office or any board phone listed on this page at this time. Please contact Rick Wisler, at and your inquiry will be responded to as soon as possible during normal business hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

The Board of Manufactured Housing has jurisdiction under RSA 205-A:27, RSA 205-A:2 RSA 205-A:7 and RSA 205-A:8. A copy of these statutes are located on pages 4 through 7 in the Complaint Form and Response pdf file

There is a $25 fee for filing a complaint with the Board of Manufactured Housing, which can be waived if such fee will cause an unfair financial burden on the tenant.

It should be noted that the Board of Manufactured Housing does not have the authority to deal with rent increases or evictions.
