Yes, you have until July 31, 2018 to register. Once you become licensed by the Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy you will not need to register. The Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy is in the beginning stages of rule writing. It is anticipated that this will take at least a year to complete.

You can submit multiple applications to the Board paying the application fee of $110 in a single check and the fee required for the criminal back ground check in a single check.

No, if the Board needs additional information about the criminal history a letter will be sent to the applicant asking for clarification. If the Board denies the application for registration the applicant will receive a notice with a detailed description of why the application for registration is being denied.

How can I verify if an individual is registered with the Board of Registration of Medical Technicians and is in good standing?

There are two ways to verify registration:

  1. Visit the Board's web site and License Verification; or
  2. Call the Board's office at (603) 271-8389
