This Request for Applications (RFA) is published to solicit applications for the provision of Real Estate Appraisers Expert Consultative Services to assist the Office of Professional Licensure and Certification (OPLC) staff with application review in areas that include, but are not limited to:
• Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) appraisals submitted for initial applications.
• USPAP appraisal review when a complaint has been filed.
