You must be licensed by the New Hampshire Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators before working in New Hampshire.

You may find a preceptor by locating a facility within your area that you would feel comfortable with in doing your internship. The Board's office cannot locate a facility for you.

Any licensed nursing home administrator with a minimum of five (5) year's experience who supervises administrators in training.

You may put your request in writing and mail to:

Documentation of the completion of a minimum of 40 clock hours of continuing education in subjects related to nursing home administration in the 2 years which immediately precede the application for renewal of license.

Yes. The fee for mailing labels is $50.00, check made payable to Treasurer, State of New Hampshire.

You must supply the mailing labels (Avery labels 5160).

Change of addresses must be put in writing and mailed to:

You must supply the Board with a request for approval and a course outline including the number of hours.

The number of hours must not include breaks and lunches.

You must put your request in writing, include a $20.00 verification fee made payable to Treasurer, State of New Hampshire, and mail to:
