Edward P. Newcott, D.P.M.
09/11/2014 - The Board of Podiatry issued an Order of Emergency Suspension and Notice of Hearing for Edward P. Newcott, D.P.M. pdf file The Board has received information indicating that the continued practice of Podiatry by Dr. Newcott presently poses an imminent threat to life, safety and/or health, which warrants the temporary suspension of Dr. Newcott's license to practice Podiatry pending a hearing that is scheduled for October 24, 2014.
11/19/2014 - The Board of Podiatry issued a Final Decision and Order for Edward P. Newcott, D.P.M. pdf file The Board has received information indicating that Dr. Newcott's practices were inadequate in that he did not routinely sanitize instruments between patients and did not routinely wash his hands between patients. Additionally, it was alleged that he routinely used out-of-date medications. Dr. Newcott's license remains suspended until the following conditions are met. Dr. Newcott is fined $8000.00 and shall in addition to the 40 CEU's required obtain 6 additional CEU's in infection control.
12/16/2014 - The Board approved a Modification of the Final Decision and Order dated December 16, 2014, to allow Dr. Newcott to pay a fine in the amount of $2,000.00 pdf file quarterly starting January 31, 2015 and he has to complete the 6 CEU's in infection control. If a payment is missed his license will be suspended. In an Order Lifting Suspension of License dated December 16, 2014, the Board found that Dr. Newcott complied with all relevant provisions of the November 19, 2014 Final Decision and Order, therefore, lifting the suspension of his license.
03/17/2016 - On March 17, 2016 the Board of Podiatry issued an Order of Emergency Suspension and Notice of Hearing for Edward P. Newcott, D.P.M. pdf file The Board has received information indicating that the continued practice of Podiatry by Dr. Newcott presently poses an imminent threat to life, safety and/or health, which warrants the temporary suspension of Dr. Newcott's license to practice Podiatry pending a hearing that is scheduled for March 23, 2016.
03/23/2016 - On March 22, 2016 the Board of Podiatry accepted a Voluntary Surrender of License from Edward P. Newcott, D.P.M. pdf file after receiving a letter from Dr. Newcott stating that he is retiring from the practice of podiatry, effective immediately. Dr. Newcott relinquishes his New Hampshire license to practice Podiatry and will not seek any further renewals of said license.

G. Stephen Minaudo, D.P.M.
03/11/2005 - G. Stephen Minaudo, D.P.M., entered into a Voluntary Surrender of License pdf file with the Board of Podiatry. At the time of the Voluntary Surrender of License, G. Stephen Minaudo had allegations of professional misconduct pending before the New Hampshire Board of Registration in Podiatry concerning billing practices and a surgical procedure that resulted in a bone infection.

Stephen Minaudo, D.P.M. is reprimanded as provided by RSA 325:9,III based upon his unprofessional conduct in assessing a patient an unreasonable fee in the form of an unfair and excessive "handling charge", and by using unreasonable collection methods including a promissory note which subjected the patient to unstated and arbitrary interest or handling charges.

Donald C. Helms, D.P.M. and William B. Ferriter, D.P.M.
01/21/1998 - The Board of Podiatry issued a Decision and Order for Donald C. Helms, D.P.M., and William B. Ferriter, D.P.M. pdf file Both doctors have repeatedly included themselves in listings under sections labeled "Board Certification" and neither holds advanced training, which would qualify them for "Board Certification" status as it is commonly applied in Podiatry. Both Dr. Helms and Dr. Ferriter engaged in unprofessional conduct by publishing misleading information, which tended to misrepresent their professional credentials. Both Dr. Helms and Dr. Ferriter are ordered to publish corrected entries to the listings that labeled them with "Board Certification". In addition, Donald C. Helms, DPM and William B. Ferriter, DPM are reprimanded by the New Hampshire Board of Registration in Podiatry.

William C. Hubbard, D.P.M
05/10/1996 - The Board of Podiatry issued a Decision and Order for William C. Hubbard, D.P.M. pdf file While the Board finds that Dr. Hubbard did not engage in acts of gross or repeated negligence pursuant to RSA 315:9(d), the Board reprimands Dr. Hubbard pursuant to RSA 315:10(a) for conduct which the Board deems to be so far beyond the accepted norm of current practice that it invites public skepticism and peer investigation.. The Board strongly suggests that Dr. Hubbard be more careful with his billing procedures and that he seriously reconsider his position of continuing to perform elective, non-emergent procedures in patients' homes.

Stanley A. Gorgol, DPM

10/24/1989 - The Board of Podiatry issued a Decision for Stanley A. Gorgol, D.P.M. pdf file Dr. Gorgol was acting unprofessionally within the meaning of RSA 350:9-II by not taking reasonable steps to explain fully the nature of the proposed surgical procedure and the possible risks and complications of that procedure. The Board recommends that Dr. Gorgol spend more time in evaluation and education of his patients prior to treatment to alleviate such a breakdown of communication between the doctor and the patient and assume responsibility to disclose all fees and pay requirements in advance Dr. Gorgol is disciplined by issuance of a written reprimand.
