You send in the original score sheet that you were given at the time of the test and $155 or $170 fee. You can mail it to 121 S. fruit St, Ste 201, Concord, NH 03301. If you pay by check, make the check out to Treasurer, State of NH or complete the Credit Card Form pdf file. We accept Visa or MasterCard only by fax, mail or in person. They are done daily and are processed within five business days upon receipt.

How long do I have to pass the real estate exam?

You have six months and 8 tries to pass both parts from the initial test date of the real estate exam. If you don't pass within the six month period you would need to take the pre-licensing course over again and retake the test.

First you will need to make sure the LLC is registered with the NH Secretary of State.

After obtaining the Letter of good standing/Certificate of Existence, include it with a completed REC. Firm Application pdf file.

You will need to take the 40 hours of pre-licensing course.

Once the class has been completed you will mail to the REC a completed course affidavit form, an exam registration form pdf file and the $155 fee.

Once the exam is passed submit a Salesperson Application pdf file.

Submit a Criminal Record Authorization Form pdf file and fee to the NH State Police, 33 Hazen Drive, Concord, NH 03301.

Have to have 1 year of full time experience as a NH Salesperson, or 2,000 part time hours, or have a reciprocal license with MA, VT, ME, or GA.

Have completed at least 6 transactions in which you were involved in at least 50% of the brokerage involvement.

Completed the 60 hours of broker pre-licensing (unless applying by reciprocity).

Fill out the Exam Registration form pdf file and the $170 fee.

Once the exam is passed will need to submit a Broker Application pdf file and the $110 fee and the MLS sheets.

Submit a Criminal Record Authorization Form pdf file and fee to the NH State Police, 33 Hazen Drive, Concord, NH 03301.
