Board of Septic System Evaluators

Welcome to the Board of Septic System Evaluators website.

Purpose

The Board of Septic System Evaluators is established set minimum standards and guidelines to ensure that licensed Septic System Evaluators have a level of knowledge and experience to produce consistent and objective septic system evaluations in New Hampshire.

Public Hearing

On January 10, 2018, the Board of Septic System Evaluators (“Board”) voted to adopt as an initial proposal Sep 300-500 pdf file, relative to licensure requirements, continued status, ethical standards and professional conduct. The Board will be holding a public hearing on this initial proposal on May 15, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. at the Office of Professional Licensure & Certification, 121 S. Fruit Street, Concord, NH 03301. Interested persons may submit comments on this proposal orally at the hearing. The Board will also accept written testimony on these proposed rules until the conclusion of the public hearing. Written testimony may be submitted c/o Attorney Robert J. Lamberti, Jr., via regular mail at the address listed above or electronically at: robert.lambertijr@oplc.nh.gov.
