About Renewing Your License Online

Reinstatement Application
- If your license has been expired less than 1 year, please complete this application and mail to the office with your reinstatement fee.
- If your license has been expired for more than 1 year, please complete the initial application found at the top of this page.

Universal Application for Endorsement
- If you are a Master Barber, you are only eligible for reciprocity if you are currently licensed in Delaware, Georgia, North Dakota, Tennessee, and Virginia.
