Temporary Licenses

Temporary licenses are available via RSA310-A:1-f. Any applicant MUST hold an active license in good standing from another State.

IMPORTANT UPDATES FOR COVID-19 STATE OF EMERGENCY LICENSES
Pursuant to SB 155 - All Emergency Licenses issued during the NH State of Emergency are reinstated and active until January 31, 2021.
Pursuant to HB567, certain EMT and Military personnel now qualify for licensure as an LNA.

The following Emergency License types are:

  • Emergency EMT/LNA Military      
  • Student Nursing     
  • State of Emergency Temporary Licenses for Health Professions   
  • Vaccine Endorsement - (Pharmacy Techs ability to Vaccinate)   

The following applications are no longer being accepted for Emergency Licensure:

  • Emergency EMT/LNA Military      
  • Student Nursing      
  • Vaccine Endorsement - (Pharmacy Techs ability to Vaccinate)   

Emergency Licenses issued with a Contingency Pending FBI Fingerprinting.  
All contingently issued licenses are scheduled to expired on September 30, 2021.  FBI Finger printing must be completed to remain active beyond this date.  

 

 

Temporary Licenses

To apply for a Temporary License, navigate to the online application site (https://forms.nh.gov/license/Login.aspx) and select “Create an Account.” Once created, use the option “OPLC” for your Profession on the “New Application” page, then complete the application process.
