Until they are certified, the adopted rules are the official version of the rules in effect. For Rulemakings that amend only a portion of a set of existing rules, the amendments posted here must be read in conjunction with the remaining rules.

Plc 2000 Voluntary Certification of Community Health Workers - INTERIM
The Executive Director is proposing to adopt Plc 2000 as INTERIM rules, to implement new authority relative to the voluntary certification of community health workers. The rules are expected to be reviewed by the JLCAR at the meeting scheduled for March 21, 2025.
No public hearing or comment period is required under RSA 541-A. However, you may submit comments to OPLC-Rules@oplc.nh.gov to be considered when the rulemaking to adopt the changes as regular rules is initiated.
