Until they are certified, the adopted rules are the official version of the rules in effect. Plc 308.15 - Refund of Fees When License Relinquished - INTERIM
The Executive Director is proposing to adopt Plc 308.15 as an INTERIM rule, to implement the new authority relative to refunding certain fees. The rules are expected to be reviewed by the JLCAR at the meeting scheduled for January 17, 2025.
No public hearing or comment period is required under RSA 541-A. However, you may submit comments to OPLC-Rules@oplc.nh.gov to be considered when the rulemaking to adopt the changes as regular rules is initiated.
