- Can I renew my license online?
Yes. To renew your license and for more information about online licensing, see "Licensing Information" on your Boards home page. This page provides important information you need to know before renewing your license online such as, applications, fees and education requirements.
- When do COVID-19 Emergency Licenses expire?
The NH COVID-19 State of Emergency expires on June 12, 2021 at 12:01 AM. The OPLC is no longer accepting applications for COVID-19 Emergency Licenses. All COVID-19 Emergency Licenses issued prior to June 12, 2021 will expire with the expiration of the COVID-State of Emergency. All healthcare COVID-19 emergency licenses will be converted to a temporary license that will be valid until January 31, 2022.
PLEASE NOTE: Student emergency licenses and EMT/military LNA licenses do not qualify for the temporary license and will expire June 11, 2021 at midnight.
- Do I need a registration code to renew my license online?
A registration code is required if this is your first time renewing online and you have not created an online account or you have a created an online account but do not remember your user name.
Your registration code is provided with your renewal notifications. If you do not have a renewal notification or do not have a valid email address on file with OPLC and need a registration code, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Will I receive a notification when my license needs to be renewed?
Yes. Notifications for renewal are typically emailed two times prior to the license expiration date. An expired notice will also be emailed 30 days after the expiration date. The email address used for setting up your account will receive the renewal notifications.
- How do I report a change of address and other personal information?
Log into your online account to change your personal information such as address, email address and phone number.
