This Request for Applications (RFA) is published to solicit applications for the provision of Dental Anesthesia Inspector Services to conduct inspections of providers, facilities and/or hosting facilities, as appropriate.
Qualified vendors include individuals or medical/dental practices or agencies that hire individuals who are:
- Dental providers who possess an unrestricted New Hampshire license and a General Anesthesia/Deep Sedation Permit; or
- Anesthesiologists; or
- Nurse anesthetists.
