Ph 300 various - Request for Advance Public Comment
The Pharmacy Board (Board) is undertaking to revise and reorganize title Ph, to clarify and simplify the rules and to align the rules with statutory changes to the operations of the Office of Professional Licensure and Certification (OPLC) and the authority of the OPLC Executive Director.
The Board currently is soliciting advance public comment on a draft of Ph 300, Initial Licensure, Registration, and Certification For Pharmacy Personnel and Pharmaceutical Entities. The draft rules are based on the requirements in RSA 318 and the existing Board rules, with significant reorganization, clarification, and attempted simplification. No attempt has been made in this draft to show changes from existing rules.
Public Hearing: Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at 9:15 AM in the OPLC offices at 7 Eagle Square, Concord NH
