Mechanical Safety and Licensing Board
Effective July 1, 2021, the Mechanical Safety and Licensing Board transferred from the Department of Safety to the Office of Professional Licensure and Certification. On July 21, 2021, their physical office location will be at 7 Eagle Square, Concord, NH.
The Mechanical Safety and Licensing Board was recently established under Senate Bill 189-FN in 2013 and combines Mechanical Safety, Plumbing Safety and Heating Equipment Installers/Service Personnel.
**EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2022 CODES HAVE BEEN UPDATED TO THE 2018 CODES**
